How can i book a transfer service ?

Reservations can be made through our site www.transfersonly.net – Email address res@transfersonly.net or you can call our number 00302109226604. We cover transfer services all over the world in major cities with all vehicle types. Transferonly.net offers an extensive array of vehicles which can accommodate from a single passenger to very large groups. You can reserve a Standard Taxi, 8 – passenger Mini Van, 14-passenger van, Stretch Limos or up to 52-passenger coaches. Upon booking you will be asked to provide the passenger(s) name, a contact number, pick up address, destination, and how many passengers. Also, any special travel needs, such as baby seats, pets, wheel chair accessible vehicle, etc. You always get a copy of your order and a confirmation number when you provide us with your e-mail address. You can modify the orders right from the e-mail or from the web site.

How will i know that my booking is confirmed ?

Your picking up instructions will be emailed to you with your receipt. You must print or make a note of these as they will contain a telephone number for the day of travel. TransfersOnly.net will not refund you if you have forgotten to take this with you. You are responsible for checking the details of the booking in the sales receipt we email you confirming your booking. TransfersOnly.net will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will email you an amended sales receipt.
TransfersOnly.net does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.  We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport. TransfersOnly.net will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if two hours check in time was not allowed. You are free of course to arrange to get to the airport or port for a time of less than 2 hours prior to flight departure, however TransfersOnly.net accept no responsibility for any missed flight due to this.
We strongly advice all our passengers to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.

Do I have to book my transfer in advance ?

Yes. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend you book your transfer service at least 12 hours in advance. We can accept bookings up to 4 hours prior to the pick up time however we require a phone booking to be able to confirm and coordinate this service.

How will i know about places and times of the collection (pick up) ?

Follow the instructions indicated on your reservation as regards this matter. In the case of not being able to find the driver at the pick up point, contact the emergency number that appears on your voucher or your travel agency voucher. The requested point of departure/ arrival should be in the town and area covered by the transfer reserved. There will be a maximum waiting time of one hour after the arrival time for private transfers with collection at the airport, port or station. After this amount of time has passed, the service will not be guaranteed. However if the passenger if stuck in immigration or has lost luggage we would have to charge waiting at 15,00 Euro /hr. Collections in other places are agreed to, and will take place at the time indicated on the reservation. When using regular transfers the client must adapt to the schedules and routes established by the carrier. In the case of your transfer being for a connection with an aeroplane or other form of transport, make sure that you have enough time.

Can I cancel or amend my reservation once i have confirmed it while booking online ?

Your reservation details can easily be amended by calling our phone number 00302109226604 or local representative handling agent (number appears at your booking verification)

Our reservations staff will bring up your transfer details and change them for you.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the collection time will be subject to the minimum charge. There is no charge for cancellations made outside of this time except for the mini vans and coaches which require 72 hours notice

How much does Transfersonly.net cost?

Prise varries based on the vehicle type you will use and the number of people that are in your company. Depending on your group size and pickup location, our prices can be less than half the price of a taxi. Get a quick quote right now!

What does “shared shuttle service” mean?

Some passengers that are travelling to or from the airport, port or train station can share the same vehicle. We allow a little more travel time for this shared ride service so that our customers benefit from sharing the cost of the shared shuttle service. This is why our prices are unbeatable.

Where and how can i catch my transfer service ?

We will wait for a reasonable time upon your flight arrival or ship arrival (aprox 45 minutes).We check online the arrival time with your airline, or ferry/cruise ship and change your order to reflect the new arrival time. If it takes you longer to retrieve your luggage, or if you come out later than the allotted free wait, you will be charged for waiting time.(10,00 euro p/h). Our Company’ accepts no responsibility for delays howsoever caused. Upon arrival look for a driver holding a sign under Transfersonly.net logo and your name as well Upon departure we will pick up you from your Hotel’s lobby or other specified place 2 hours prior departure (domestic flights) and 3 hours (international flights). In case there is a change in your schedule please contact immediately the emergency phone numbers

How do i pay for my booking ?

We accept all major Credit Cards for payments (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Diners) . We do not accept cheques or cash payment. In case you will need a receipt please let us know, and we will be more than happy to help you. Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Thawte. Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder. Your credit card details will be kept at Transfersonly.net until your arrival or departure date at your destination. After this date, the details will be destroyed. You always have the right to review the personal data you have stored with us. You can request your personal data by emailing us at customerservice@transfersonly.net. Please state 'request personal data' in the subject line of your email. If your personal data is incorrect, we will change it upon your request. You can also ask Transfersonly.net to remove your personal data from its database by sending us an email to the same email address.

Why do i have to prepay online?

Most of our clients prefer to use credit cards when paying for travel services. Prepaying your reservation ensures you enjoy the most convenient way to pay for your transfer - when you arrive at your destination you simply sign for the ride and proceed on your way without having to wait for our driver to process the transaction.

Can i have some more information about the costs involved ?

All quoted fares include tolls, and taxes. You will not be asked in anyway to pay any additional fee during your trip. In case you will be asked to, please contact us immediately.  Tipping varies among cultures and by service industry. Though by definition a tip is never legally required, and its amount is at the discretion of the person being served, in some circumstances failing to give an adequate tip when one is expected may be considered very miserly, a violation of etiquette, or unethical. In some other cultures or situations, giving a tip is not expected and offering one would be considered condescending or demeaning. So we leave it up to you to decide !

Are there surcharges for public holidays or unsociable hours?

In line with other operators, we do NOT make higher charges at certain times of the day- except night ones - as well as on public holidays. These are clearly shown on the tariff table displayed in each vehicle.

Can i have some more info on the vehicles you are using ?

All vehicles have A/C, are non smoking, fully licensed and driven by professional drivers. We are using a huge variety of models that can cater all your needs. These vehicles can be used also for sightseeing tours as well if you wish to. All vehicles are Non Smoking and smoking is prohibited for the driver and the passengers. All baggage must fit in the trunk, or you should order a larger vehicle, such as a mini van or a full size van. If you want to keep baggage in the vehicle after the chauffeur is to drop you off, you will be charged the hourly rate applicable for that vehicle, because we won't be able to assign this vehicle to any other client, as long as your belongings remain there. In the event where a passenger has an excess of baggage, the Company reserve the right to refuse any luggage or property in the car which in our opinion would result in the vehicle being damaged or unsafe to drive on the road. Our Company’ accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried within or on our vehicles howsoever such loss or damage may be caused. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please be sure to inspect your belongings, the back of the vehicle and the trunk, before dismissing your chauffeur. As a courtesy to our clients, we will make any effort to locate your "lost" items. We will send them to you at you own expense, or your are welcome to have it picked up from our offices. In case a baby seat is need please let us know so we can provide that as well. Small Pets are allowed to be carried in their own cages and on your own responsibility. Remember – safety comes first – so please remember to wear your seatbelt !

Can you offer special services, such as baby seats, vehicle for disable people etc ?

You name it, and we simply will provide it.Some of the extras we can cover are: Child seat (4 - 12 yrs),or  (6 months - 3 yrs), Vehicles adapted for the carrying of golf clubs, for disabled use, equipped with ski-rack.... the list is endless... or even expected with a bouquet of flowers.
